What is Claude?

Claude is an AI made by Anthropic. Like ChatGPT, it reads and writes in plain language. We build on it because it’s good at following detailed instructions the same way every time.

We’re an Anthropic partner. If a different tool fits your job better, we’ll tell you.

What’s a Skill?

A set of instructions Claude follows the same way every time. Think of it as a recipe for one task, like turning meeting notes into a follow-up brief. A workflow chains a few Skills together, with approvals and a log of what it did.

Where does our data go?

Tools are installed in your accounts, not ours. Everything runs on Anthropic’s business terms: Claude Team for your staff, or the API for tools that run on their own. Anthropic doesn’t train its models on either.

You own the code, the data and the documentation. We put the specifics in writing in every proposal.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Prices, permissions and math run on rules you can read, not on the AI. Before we build, we agree on written tests, including what should happen when information is missing. You watch them pass before you accept.

Your team still approves anything that goes out. Every build carries a defect warranty of 14 to 45 days, depending on scope.

What if nobody uses it?

Then we failed. Thirty days after launch we check who’s actually using it and fix what’s getting in the way. Someone on your team is trained to own it, so it doesn’t depend on us. On Monthly Care you also get a usage report every month.

What does it cost?

Every project is a fixed price, agreed before anything starts. Workshops start at $1,500, a single Skill at $2,500, a custom app at $12,500, and Monthly Care at $500 a month. Software subscriptions and hosting are billed separately and listed in every proposal.
