Start wherever makes sense. Every project is a fixed price, agreed on the first call, so you know the number before anything starts.
Hands-on sessions at your office or remote, built from your team’s real documents and real tasks. Runs from a two-hour intro to a two-session lab. In the lab, your team builds and installs one working Claude Skill before they leave.
Meeting notes into follow-up briefs. Intake forms into proposal drafts. Monday numbers into a one-page report. A Skill is a set of instructions Claude follows the same way every time. A workflow chains a few together, with approvals and a log of what it did.
Browser tools built for one business: quoting, intake, status boards, reporting. Prices, permissions and math run on rules you can read. AI drafts and pulls out details only where it’s faster than a person.
For anything we’ve built. You get one named person, Levi or Josh, who already knows your setup and picks up when something breaks. Monthly health checks, small fixes and improvements, and a response time in writing.
When nobody can quite explain how the process works, or the scope is unclear, we spend a day or a week mapping it before quoting the build. If you build with us within 30 days, the fee comes off the build.
Four rules we put in every proposal. Here they are on a receipt, because we couldn’t resist.
All prices CAD, before tax. Software subscriptions, usage fees and hosting are billed separately and listed in every proposal.
The proposal names the exact task, who uses it, how many rounds of changes, and the tests it has to pass.
Paid discovery is credited when it leads to a build.
New features get a written estimate before work begins. No quiet scope creep, no surprise invoices.
Every build carries a defect warranty of 14 to 45 days, depending on scope.
It’s the first thing everyone asks, so here’s the whole answer.
NOT TRAINING DATAPlenty of teams can, and a workshop is a good way to start. Where in-house tools usually stall is later: the person who built it gets busy or leaves, and nothing was tested or written down. Every build we ship comes with written tests, documentation and a trained owner on your team.
Keep it. A chat window is great for one-off questions. It won’t price a quote from your rate sheet the same way every time, or read forty field tickets overnight. Different job. If what you already have covers it, we’ll tell you.
Keep them. We work alongside your IT provider, not instead of them, and coordinate on accounts and access. Don’t have one you trust? We’ll introduce you to the IT partner we work with.
You keep everything: the code, the data, the documentation and the workspace, all in your name. Monthly Care is optional. What stops is our health checks, fixes and quarterly reviews.

That’s what the first call is for. Thirty minutes, one task, and we tell you the smallest useful first step.
